The Custom Process

Bruce founded Diamond Source Jewelers to better facilitate a hands-on, custom design experience for both himself and his clients.

With his expertise and over 40 years of jewelry industry experience, Bruce will guide you in a comfortable setting, so that you can make the best decisions for yourself.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you’ve known Bruce for years, you will get his undivided attention.

Step 3: Finalize Your Design

Now that you have your gemstone(s) and design, you’ll receive CAD (Computer Assisted Design) models of your jewelry within a few days. Let us know if any aspect of the design needs to be altered; we can resend new CADs until you’re thrilled with what you see. A wax version of your design will be 3D printed so that you can hold it in your hands and examine every angle. Once we have your approval, we will begin handcrafting your custom piece in our workshop!

We had an exceptional experience designing our custom wedding ring with Bruce. We had been shopping at all the big jewelry stores in the Denver area but none of them had exactly what we were looking for. Not only was Bruce able to design the exact ring that we had envisioned, but he was able to do it for substantially less than all the other larger stores.

He met with us several times during the course of the design process and was even able to show us a computer-aided design which was very helpful in seeing our ring come to life.

The final product is absolutely exquisite and we couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is second to none and we have had numerous people tell us that it is the most beautiful ring they have ever seen. (My bride to be seems to spend a good portion of her day just staring at it!)

Bruce Chase is a jeweler our family has learned to trust. We went to another Country & bought a ring & necklace that the Country is known for & took it to Bruce for sizing. Bruce showed us that our ‘special jewelry’ was fake! Looked so real! Then I brought my wedding ring to him after 2 dogs attacked me & my pet & he found a chip in my diamond - happened in the really hard fall. My ring is fixed & I’m so glad I brought it to an expert. My ring looks better than it ever did!

At every step of the design process Bruce was invested in creating a unique ring set for me to enjoy for many years to come. Prior to manufacturing final design, he also created
