Regular maintenance is important for the long-term care of your fine jewelry. We offer jewelry cleaning and inspection to keep your jewelry in excellent condition years after purchase. Routine cleaning prevents the buildup of dust and grease and removes microscopic scratches. Inspections help proactively identify repairs, such as loose prongs that may result in lost stones if left unattended. We recommend taking your jewelry in to be cleaned and inspected every six months to a year.

We offer six core in-house services: jewelry appraisal, custom jewelry design, jewelry repair, cleaning and inspection, our buy program (Sell to Us), and our warranty program. All services are performed by Bruce Chase, our Graduate Gemologist and Certified Jewelry Appraiser, at our Greenwood Village location.
Yes — appointments are strongly recommended so we can give your jewelry the dedicated, private attention it deserves. Walk-ins are welcome when our schedule allows, but booking in advance ensures Bruce can personally meet with you.
Most standard repairs (resizing, prong tightening, chain repair, polishing) are completed within one to two weeks. More complex repairs or restoration work may take longer; we will give you a realistic timeline at intake.
Each appraisal is performed in-house using GIA standards. We evaluate the diamond or gemstone (4Cs), metal type and weight, craftsmanship, brand provenance, and current market data. You receive a written appraisal report suitable for insurance or estate purposes.
Our warranty covers periodic cleaning, inspection, and minor repair of qualifying pieces purchased through Diamond Source Jewelers. Coverage details depend on the piece — bring it in or contact us and we will walk you through what is included.
