I had a wonderful experience at Diamond Source Jewelers in Greenwood Village. Bruce was extremely honest and fair in completing my jewelry transaction. He has made a customer for life. The big box jewelers can’t compare to Diamond Source Jewelers!

I took my grandparents estate jewelry, including some diamonds and Gold to Diamond Source for a valuation. Bruce examined each piece individually, tested the quality of the gold, and found that one of the diamonds was not real. After measuring and weighing them he offered me a reasonable amount for their value. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Superior customer service all the way around.

Bruce & his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with. It’s hard to find a gemologist who still owns their own store and takes such pride. They have my loyalty!

We had an exceptional experience designing our custom wedding ring with Bruce. We had been shopping at all the big jewelry stores in the Denver area but none of them had exactly what we were looking for. Not only was Bruce able to design the exact ring that we had envisioned, but he was able to do it for substantially less than all the other larger stores.
He met with us several times during the course of the design process and was even able to show us a computer-aided design which was very helpful in seeing our ring come to life.
The final product is absolutely exquisite and we couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is second to none and we have had numerous people tell us that it is the most beautiful ring they have ever seen. (My bride to be seems to spend a good portion of her day just staring at it!)
We give Bruce and Diamond Source Jewelers our very highest recommendation and encourage anyone who values quality, craftsmanship, value and a friendly personalized experience to visit Bruce.

Fantaastic experience working with Bruce and his family. His knowledge is excellent and was not pushy in anyway. I went to other jewelery stores in town and he was by far the standout. We will be back for the wedding bands!! Thank you Bruce

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Diamond Source Jewelers. I purchased a heart necklace, and I truly don’t think I could find that level of quality for that price anywhere else.
Bruce was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I told him over the phone exactly what I was looking for, and when he had something in stock that matched, he sent me a photo right away. When I came into the store to see it in person, it was even more beautiful than the picture.
I was genuinely impressed by both the craftsmanship and the customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend Diamond Source Jewelers to anyone looking for quality jewelry and an honest, friendly experience.

Bruce Chase is a jeweler our family has learned to trust. We went to another Country & bought a ring & necklace that the Country is known for & took it to Bruce for sizing. Bruce showed us that our ‘special jewelry’ was fake! Looked so real! Then I brought my wedding ring to him after 2 dogs attacked me & my pet & he found a chip in my diamond - happened in the really hard fall. My ring is fixed & I’m so glad I brought it to an expert. My ring looks better than it ever did!

My wedding ring diamond felt loose, took it in and sure enough my setting was very loose. Diamond Source made my ring look brand new and secured my diamond. So happy with their professionalism and high quality work.

I purchased a ring and had a ring sized and I enjoyed working with Bruce. He is very straightforward, highly knowledgeable and has tremendous experience in the industry. The small, very private setting of the store makes taking your time and making your buying decisions much more fun than being pressured or hurried at a larger chain store. I recommend them for all your Jewelry needs.

I appreciated Bruce taking the time to meet with me and appraise some jewelry and coins for estate valuation purposes. He was professional, friendly and took time to educate me on why the various items were valued the way they were. No pressure tactics at all. I plan to return soon to sell some of the items to him.

Bruce appraised an engagement ring and wedding band that was passed down from a family member. He thoroughly explained all of the steps and I got to sit and watch him do it. He is truly an expert in his field and gave me a ton of great information. It was overall a wonderful experience! I plan to return to design my engagement ring with him.
~ Editing this review to show the amazing engagement and wedding bands that Diamond Source Jewlers custom created for me! ~ we always have the best experience here and we will continue to come back for all of our jewelry needs!

I was trying to get my jewelry appraised for insurance. The first place I went to did everything wrong, making me nervous and skittish about leaving my items. I was referred to DS and it was the polar opposite experience. The professionalism and honesty were refreshing. I felt completely comfortable leaving all of my items to be valued. Confidence is everything when you are leaving your heirlooms in another’s hands. Thank you so much for your work.

Went to 4-5 other jewelers in the area, and Diamond Source Jewelers quoted me the best price when I wanted to sell my jewelry. Bruce took the time to explain the current market, pricing, etc. to me in a very honest, straightforward manner. Highly recommend.

I had the great pleasure of collaborating with Bruce to design a new wedding ring set to replace my original wedding ring. At every step of the design process Bruce was invested in creating a unique ring set for me to enjoy for many years to come. Prior to manufacturing final design, he also created
3-D printer-mock ups for me to try on .
Bruce is definitely a gem himself, going out of his way to ensure client satisfaction. I look forward to working with him again ,now and can’t imagine going anywhere else for custom pieces.
